To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
2. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

Replacement shall be granted for manufacturing defects, non-functional products and quality issues. Customers need to report the above, if any, via email within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery in order to avail the replacement service.
a) All orders are handled and shipped out from our multiple warehouses in different countries for quick delivery.
b) Once the product is used, it can't be returned.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 5 to 7 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. We shall redeliver the product in order to replace after we receive the reverse shipped product from your side within 45 days from the time you ship it. Thanks for understanding!
In the event of reverse shipping, if your package is damaged, then let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. 2. Pack the item securely. Please provide your order number, name, phone number and email address.
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
4. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS or FedEx for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated by our customer support.
Late or missing refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account.

Please note that we do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Far Better Deals reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit. Courier partners can be filed a claim if the items are damaged during return shipping. Also, note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
